1.所有材料都称好,除了黄油,其它所有的材料都投进东菱智能面包机T06S-W

2.启动普通揉面功能先选择20分钟

3.再启动第二次揉面,这时可把黄油投进面包机内继续揉面,我总共用了三次20分钟的普通揉面程序

4.这次使用到的模具是法焙客长条形蛋糕模25cm

5.揉至完成扩展,可拉出薄薄的手套膜

6.把面团分成8等份,滚圆后盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟

7.取一个松弛好的面团,擀开边上气泡拍掉,翻面,自上往下卷起

8.盖保鲜膜醒发20分钟左右

9.再次擀开,翻面,自上往下卷起

10.卷好的面团码在模具内

11.放进烤箱发酵至8-9分满,手指轻摁表面可以缓慢回弹

12.放入预热好的烤箱,下层上下管150度烘烤25分钟出炉,顶部上色要及时盖锡纸

小窍门&温馨提示
面粉的吸水量不同,方子里的水预留10—15克出来了,适当的进行调整,(此温度仅供参考,请按自家烤箱温度进行调整)
